Covid-19 Guidelines

While we are all rejoicing over the opening of our doors for public mass, we still have the responsibility to follow and care for the health and safety of our neighbors in the pews.

All guidelines, updates, and information regarding our post-covid reopening day will be posted on this page. (see below)

Please be patient with all religious education updates. We can assure you that we are working with the diocese for an ideal date. The health and safety of our parishioners is important to us. All families that are waiting to have their first communion and/or confirmation ceremonies will be notified as soon as we receive a date. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Baptism:

as of June 16, 2020

For those who had registered for baptism in March and April will receive a call this week with more information on how it will take place. Baptism Date will be July 11, at 10 am . It will be Bilingual . Thank you for your patience and understanding. GOD BLESS YOU!

Classes in English will be held on June 24th at 6 pm at the St. Bernadette Hall. Mask required and social distancing .

Classes in Spanish will be held on June 26th at 6 pm at the St Michael classroom . Mask required and social distancing.

1st Communion & Confirmation
&R  . C  . I . A :

We have not yet received any news on a set celebration date for the sacrament ceremonies of 1st Communion and Confirmation, including our R.C.I.A. candidates. As soon as we receive a date, all families will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding. God bless.

First Communion schedule. Communions will be held by classrooms.

July 11 - Mrs. E. Esquierdo - 3rd Graders
July 18 - Diana Flores - 3rd Graders
July 25 - Linda Lahmon - 3rd Graders
August 1 - Jesse Bonilla - 4th Graders - This Mass will be at 10 am only .
August 8 - Jesse Bonilla - 4th Graders
August 15 - Genevieve Venegas - 5th Graders
August 22 - Diana Arredondo and Tania Perez - 6th and 7-9 graders .

Mass will be at 11 am bilingual on those days.
Teachers will call you to further instruct you. Thank you for your patience.
 

UPDATE ON MASS SCHEDULES

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Effective Immediately
July 13, 2020


Due to the announcement of Governor Newsom and the recent patterns of COVID 19, all indoor masses are cancelled. The office will be closed as well.
Week-day Masses can be watched via Facebook Live.
Weekend Masses will be moved outside to the church parking lot or can be viewed via Facebook Live.
All sacrament Masses are still allowed & will be taking place outside in the church parking lot— this includes: baptisms, first communion, confirmations.

For Outdoor Weekend Mass please keep the following in mind:
- Bring your own chair.
- Due to the summer weather, outdoor masses will be taking place when the weather is 90 degrees or under. English Saturday Vigil has now been moved to Sunday 8am. Spanish Mass will remain on Sundays at 10am.
- Limited space is still effective— Maximum of 100 parishioners
- Face masks are still required. No exceptions.
- 6 feet social distancing is required. No exceptions
